By accessing or using QRCraft ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

QRCraft provides QR code generation services including:

• Static QR code generation for URLs, text, WiFi, contacts, and more
• Dynamic QR codes with editable destinations
• Scan analytics and tracking
• API access for programmatic QR code generation

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate QR codes linking to illegal, harmful, or malicious content
• Distribute malware, phishing links, or scams
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

5. Subscription Plans

Free Plan

Basic QR code generation with limited features.

Pro Plan ($9/month)

Includes dynamic QR codes, analytics, and API access (1,000 calls/month).

Business Plan ($29/month)

Includes all Pro features plus unlimited API calls and priority support.

6. Payment and Billing

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are provided at our discretion

7. Intellectual Property

QR codes you generate are yours to use. The QRCraft brand, logo, and service design remain our property. You may not use our branding without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
